Iron Heart Sports – Policies, Terms and Conditions

Delivery Policy

IronHeartSports uses Australia Post to ship Orders. Delivery for all orders over A$199 would be FREE and under that a flat charge of A$9.95 would be applicable per order. All Orders will be delivered using Standard Post and may take upto 10 days depending on where you live. Do write to us at support@ironheartsports.com.au in case you would prefer Express Delivery for your orders.

Returns Policy

IronHeartSports offers 30 days ‘change of mind’ guarantee to all its customers from the date of purchase. Full refund (excluding shipping and, if applicable, any extra coupons/discounts) would be made via the channel using which the Order was originally placed. All returned products should be in ‘as new’ condition with all the labels intact. Refund payment would be initiated once the returned goods have been inspected for its condition and IronHeartSports holds the right to acceptance of any such goods and its resale. Any rejected goods would be subjected to return at customer’s expense. Also, in case of free delivery or any other additional cost incurred, would be recovered during processing of return. IronHeartSports holds the right to accept any returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request to exchange any particular goods by contacting us at support@ironheartsports.com.au. Any such request would depend on the stock availability and at the sole discretion of Iron Heart Sports. Also, cost incurred on shipping and/or any additional cost would be payable by the customer.

Loss or damage of goods in transit

Once we hand over the Order parcel to Postal Service providers, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of goods in transit. And in such cases of loss/damage of goods, customers are requested to let us know at support@ironheartsports.com.au and we would launch an inquiry/investigation with the Postal Service Provider. The investigations may take time as per the service provider SLAs and we would appraise you with the advance in progress. Please write to us at support@ironheartsports.com.au, in case, you would like to add shipping insurance.

Manufacturing defect or any other fault in product

All our products are thoroughly tested for its quality. However, in case of any such manufacturing defect or any faulty product, please write to us at support@ironheartsports.com.au for either a full refund or replacement of the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty/Guarantee

All our products comes with Manufacturer warranty of up to 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect or any faulty product, please write to us at support@ironheartsports.com.au for either a full refund or replacement.

Iron Heart Sports runs Promotions & Offers from time to time. These Promotions & Offers are based on the business operations and stock availability. We periodically add/update/remove the Promotions & Offers and Iron Heart Sports holds the rights to modify without prior notice. Cancellation Policy

Customers should write to support@ironheartsports.com.au regarding cancellation of any order asap. If Order has not been dispatched, payments will be refunded using the same channel as the Order was originally placed. Post dispatching of an order, Return policy will apply.

Payment Policy

We accept payments using all major cards, including PayPal and Direct Credit (Bank Transfer). All these payments are processed by our payment partners PayPal and respective Banks.

All our Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Data Security & Privacy Policy
